No on call/weekends

7am – 3:30pm Monday – Friday, some procedures may run through 4:30pm EST

Qualifications:

1. 2 years of Nuclear Med experience
2. 6 months of Cardiac Imaging experience
3. NYS Rad Tech License
4. NMTCB or ARRT(N)

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Medicine from an accredited program 

Job Duties:

1. Perform advanced nuclear cardiology studies (SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET/CT) with precision and clinical expertise.
2. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care—explaining procedures, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety at all times.
3. Acquire and process diagnostic images, perform daily quality control, and maintain radio pharmacy operations working within the NYSDOH guidelines
4. Manage and document patient data in the eRecord “CUPID” system and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
5. Partner with the Director of Nuclear Cardiology and colleagues to implement new technologies and continuously enhance lab protocols.

7. SPECTBlood flow studies, cardiac amyloidosis and a hybrid SPECT resting study followed by a PET sarcoid or viability studies
