Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Setting

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based therapy services to students for the full school year.

Schedule

1. Monday–Friday
2. 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
3. Full school-year contract

Responsibilities

1. Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
2. Implement treatment plans based on students’ IEP goals
3. Support fine motor skills, sensory needs, positioning, coordination, self-care, and access to the educational environment
4. Complete evaluations and progress documentation as required
5. Maintain accurate treatment notes and student records
6. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
7. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student progress and needs

Requirements

1. Current New York State Occupational Therapist license
2. Current NYS fingerprint clearance
3. Experience working with school-aged children preferred
4. Strong communication and documentation skills
