- Provide compassionate nursing care in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Room patients, obtain vital signs, and review medical histories, medications, and allergies.
- Administer medications and immunizations as ordered and within the LPN scope of practice.
- Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures.
- Collect, label, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record.
- Reinforce provider-directed education on preventive care, medications, and chronic condition management.
- Support prescription refill requests, patient communications, referrals, and follow-up coordination.
- Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and follow infection prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and continuity of care.
