Gig Healthcare is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for an on-site, school-based opportunity in Sharon Springs, NY.
Schedule
- 3 days per week preferred
- 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
- 30-minute paid lunch
- 21 paid hours per week with a 3-day schedule
Position Details
- Approximately 15 students with speech and language needs in a general education setting
- Combination of individual and group therapy
- Assignment for the school year
Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy to support student communication goals.
- Complete evaluations and re-evaluations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff.
Qualifications
- Appropriate New York State SLP licensure and credentials for a school-based assignment
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
