  1. Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting on a per diem basis
  2. Support the care team while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents
  3. Administer medications and monitor vital signs
  4. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
  5. Observe and report changes in patient condition
  6. Perform basic wound care and follow care plans/physician orders
  7. Collaborate with nursing assistants and interdisciplinary staff
  8. Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  9. Flexible scheduling with a mix of days, evenings, and nights
  10. Majority of needs are nights and weekends
  11. Multiple openings available
