Contract Length: 13 weeks

  1. Provide direct and supervisory nursing care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting on a per diem basis
  2. Lead and support the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
  3. Administer medications and treatments, including IV therapy as appropriate
  4. Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patient conditions
  5. Respond to changes in condition and coordinate appropriate interventions
  6. Develop, implement, and update care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  7. Supervise LPNs and CNAs, delegating tasks as appropriate
  8. Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards
  9. Maintain accurate and timely charting and reporting
  10. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and staff
  11. Flexible scheduling with days, evenings, and nights available
  12. Majority of needs are nights and weekends
  13. Multiple openings available
